“Can a CT scan show if you smoke?”
I am a 45 year old male. I want to know if a CT scan can show if you smoke?

If you smoked enough to cause some degree of permanent lung damage /emphysema that can be seen on CT. Usually within the upper lobes.
CT scans can show lung damage. They can show the damage, but not the cause of the damage.
