I was diagnosed with a bulging disc. Is it serious? Can a bulging disc heal on its own?

Bulging disc is an anatomical finding usually noted on MRI.Small bulges are generally of no clinical consequence.Large bulging with spinal stenosis is another matter and generally do not resolve.
Yes, depending on the severity. Be patient though, it can take up to a year.
