Can a child's bronchitis be fixed without medications?

My daughter has bronchitis. Can a child's bronchitis be fixed without medications?

Bronchitis is inflammation and swelling of the bronchial system in the lungs. If the patient is hydrated and can cough up the mucus, then bronchitis may resolve without treatment. We do not recommend medication to stop the coughing. If the mucus becomes stuck in the bronchial tubes, this is pneumonia and this can be very serious
Generally, no. Bronchitis is infection of the airways, which usually needs treatment with bronchodilators, antibiotics, or nebulizer treatments.
