Can a chipped tooth be repaired?

I have a chipped tooth. Can it be repaired?

Any chip, for the most part can be repaired. The extent of the chip will dictate the level of work required. A very small chip could need as little as some sanding to smooth it out to a very large chip requiring a crown. A visual exam would be required to assess what needs to be done.
