Absolutely, if you have pain that keeps you awake, have high-stress levels, etc., chiropractic care may help. Chiropractic adjustments can help normalize your sympathetic nervous system, lowering stress levels. Adjustments may also help your hormone levels normalize, allowing their appropriate production. Reducing or removing joint restrictions can lessen pain dramatically. Have your chiropractor examine you and recommend a course of care appropriate for you.
Yes.

That's a great question. A lot would depend on why you are not sleeping well. Is it due to sleep apnea? Deviated septum? Subluxations, not having the proper cervical cure in the next? There are many variables.
The Chiropractic adjustment can help to relax your joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles which in turn, in my opinion can help in better sleep. Your part following the adjustment is to be shown how to stretch to keep your muscles and tendons relaxed since it is unreasonable to be adjusted every day. A regiment of stretching and breathing techniques can help you to have better sleep. Use the adjustment every so often as I assume you are generally healthy being 16 years of age.
Many people get better rest due to pain relief.

Yes it can. Any therapy performed to alleviate pain will help with sleeping patterns
Yes. Chiropractic reduces stress on the muscles and the nerves. With reduced stress, there are many things that happen in the body that promote calm and thus sleep.
Hi there and thank you for your thoughtful question.

Studies have been done using relatively small samples of patients with insomnia and the efficacy of chiropractic spinal manipulation in the treatment of them. Most of the patients did report improvement. If headaches and/or neck pain was a contributing factor to the patient’s sleeplessness and medical issues have been ruled out, craniocervical (head/neck) manipulation has shown to have mild-moderate positive effects. However, these results are anecdotal (subjective) rather than reproducible data. Teenagers do not typically suffer from insomnia. A thorough consultation and examination, followed by cranial and full spine X-rays should be performed prior to spinal manipulation. I also suggest that the chiropractor you choose, should you decide to give it a try, contact your pediatrician, with your parent’s approval, for a more comprehensive medical history.

In a lot of cases, yes, but it would be impossible to know without a proper evaluation. I can say that many of my patients do report sleeping better after being adjusted.

Chiropractic adjustments reduce stress on the body frame and nervous system, if the body is in a relaxed state, sleep all other things being equal will be easier and deeper.
That is a possibility depending on the route cause of your sleeping issues. It would be best to have a thorough examination by a Chiropractor to determine if you have spinal misalignments or a musculoskeletal disorder that may be causing your sleeping problems.
Patients frequently say chiropractic adjustments help them sleep better.
Yes it could improve your sleep.
Yes getting adjusted can reduce pain and muscle tightness, which will allow the body to sleep better. So many people tell me how much better their sleep is after a good adjustment.
A good adjustment allows the body systems to work together more optimally and that can result in better sleep.
Although there is not guarantee (as with any medical procedure), a chiropractor may be able to help you identify why you are not sleeping well, and offer you treatment recommendations.
Yes, a chiropractic adjustment can definitely help you sleep better because, when you do get adjusted, your body goes into a parasympathetic state (feed and breed) which is a state the body can heal and relax in.
Yes, Chiropractic can help the body improve sleep quality.
