Chiropractic care can be beneficial in helping all different types of musculoskeletal issues. It depends on the type of ankle injury and what the extent of the injuries/damage to the ankle and its surrounding tissue. Jonathan M. It depends on the type of injury. Not for a fracture but they can be helpful for some other injuries.Kathleen neuhoff, DPM Sent from the all new AOL app for iOS
No. Chiropractors specialize in the spine. I would recommend your local podiatrist or orthopedic to help with an ankle injury.
Chiropractors do not usually deal with ankles. I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis, evaluation and treatment options
If they have experience in sports injuries yes, if not, no.
It depends. Sometimes a chiropractor may help, but sometimes they can also do more damage, depending on what the problem actually is.
