No. Chiropractors specialize in the spine. I would recommend your local podiatrist or orthopedic to help with an ankle injury.
Chiropractors do not usually deal with ankles. I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis, evaluation and treatment options
If they have experience in sports injuries yes, if not, no.
