Hello! Apologies on getting back to this question so late. A chiropractor is able to help with knee arthritis through many different therapeutic modalities. The first part is observing and understanding how severe is the knee arthritis. If the knee arthritis is severe and there is no cartilage, no joint space, and severe bone spur formation. Then the reality of the situation is, there is very little a chiropractor can accomplish other than strengthening the musculature around that particular knee joint. If the arthritis is mild, or moderate then a chiropractor is able to provide proper patient education, adequate diet, exercising, and provide joint adjustments! Hope this answers your question!
