Can a marriage survive without counseling?

I have problems with my husband and want to save the marriage. Can a marriage survive without counseling?

Of course it can, but counseling may be very beneficial in helping deal with issues in a relationship. If you are even considering couples counseling, I would highly encourage you to reach out to a nearby provider and get more information.
Yes, but it depends upon multiple factors and the severity of the problems. I recommend a marriage counselor that specializes in " attachment therapy."

Couples therapy (also couples' counseling, marriage counseling, or marriage therapy) attempts to improve romantic relationships and resolve interpersonal conflicts that might have developed throughout the course of the relationship. Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. If you are having relationship difficulties, you can seek couples therapy to help rebuild your relationship.
Couples therapy can address a wide range of relationship issues, including recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, an affair, issues related to sex, or difficulties due to external stressors that happen in daily life.
In other cases, one of the spouses doesn't want to visit a therapist for several reasons. Or, they both feel that the problems haven't come to that point yet. In any case, the good news is you can fix a marriage without counseling. All you need is a lot of patience and willingness to work on the issues
All things are possible. But, if a marriage can get some help along the way, I would recommend that. The key, rather you go to counseling or not, is for each party to be as open and honest as they possibly can. Many times it is much easier for a third party to be asking the tough questions that are necessary for opening the classical conversations that need to be addressed.

Usually if there are issues in the marriage, resentments can quickly accumulate, making it difficult to work through problems. A therapist can help process the process and work toward solutions that will last.
If there are issues within the marriage that need attention and the both of you don't know any way of fixing them it will not survive.

Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties in your marriage. Seeking counseling can offer insight and support to help guide you both towards a healthier, happier marriage. I encourage you to pursue counseling if saving your marriage is your desire. Please keep in mind that there are no guarantees. Marriage is a joint effort on both parties, you and your husband. As long as you are both honest, dedicated, and determined to commit to remaining involved in therapy fully, it is possible for your marriage to survive, thrive, and find harmony with peace regardless of the tumultuous storms you may face individually and as a unit.
