Celiac disease by definition is a malabsorption problem in your intestine. Most of the time you lose weight because you don't get enough vitamins and minerals. However if you are getting treated with certain medications like steroids for the disease it can cause weight gain.
Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease that causes an inflammatory response to gluten in the diet. You can experience this inflammatory response in the form of many abdominal related symptoms like bloating/gas pains in addition to nausea, vomiting, constipation, and diarrhea. These symptoms can be seen in many other gastrointestinal diseases though, so
Celiac disease shouldn't be the only thing you think of. Follow up with your doctor to discuss your symptoms further.

Typically celiac disease affects the small intestine, just beyond the stomach. It can be rare that the stomach can have inflammation from celiac disease. Most likely, stomach inflammation is from another cause such as acid reflux or an ulcer and not from celiac disease.
Celiac is uncommon cause
No, it only causes small intestinal inflammation (i.e. the duodenum and jejunum primarily).
