I started to get panic attacks after surgery under general anesthesia. Can general anesthesia cause panic attacks?

General Anesthesia by itself does not cause panic attacks. If you are nervous about surgery then your feelings of anxiety and apprehension maybe exacerbated the closer you get to having surgery
