Yes, in fact majority of hospice care is provided at home. also depends upon what patient/family call home for the patient. home can be home, nursing home, assisted living facility etc.
hospice homes are not that common to find.
hospice in patient services are typically for acute needs and stabilization of the symptoms. then the patient is sent back to home.
