Can migraines be fixed with medications?

I have migraines. Can migraines be fixed with medications?

I do not believe so. Migraine medications treat symptoms and can have serious side effects. Acupuncture, along with herbs, and sometimes massage, can relieve and get rid of chronic headaches and migraines.
Depends on the cause of the migraine and if it is a migraine or something else.

Generally speaking for true migraines, yes there are several options, many of which don't even involve pills.

acupuncture is very helpful for migraine
Yes, migraines can be fixed with medications, but need to find right ones.
As far as I know, migraines can't be "fixed" with medications, but I have treated patients with acupuncture to stop them from having them.
Sometimes, yes, migraines can be eliminated or virtually eliminated with prescription meds. Other times migraine can be managed with prescription meds, but the issue will return if medication is stopped.

There are other options in the treatment of migraine beyond prescription medication. Acupuncture and Chinese medicine have a very good track record in this space. Massage can sometimes help. Migraine can sometimes have a dietary or lifestyle component, so getting a handle on those can improve the situation.
It depends. In my experience, acupuncture is very effective to treat any type of headache. You may tell the difference after 3-4 treatments. I hope you find an acupuncture doctor near you.
