Some times childhood stuttering resolves on it's own, other times Speech therapy is needed to help. Stuttering is complex, and would require a full assessment by a Speech Pathologist
Yes, speech stuttering can go away especially in children. If adult, it may not go away and may require speech therapy and practice.
