Respiratory Therapist Questions Nose Injuries and Disorders

Can therapy treat a continuous runny nose in a person?

I am highly susceptible to a runny nose irrespective of the season and its changes. Can respiratory therapy help in treating this condition for me? I don't think it impacts my health but it is annoying.

No, respiratory therapy cannot help in treating this condition.
No, there is no respiratory therapy that can control a runny nose. However, if you have not used any of the over-the-counter medicine, then you may try Zyrtec, Sudafed, or Flonase spray. You could be suffering from acute sinusitis, or there could be polyps. Dry air can trigger a runny nose. See your primary doctor.
