“Can you drink alcohol with high kidney levels?”
Can you drink alcohol with levels at 1. My dr said my levels (I don’t know what ones) went from .8 to 1.0 and to stop drinking soda pop. Should I not drink alcohol as well? If I drunk the night before the test could that of raised my levels?

Soda pop especially dark Soda has increased levels of phosphate that also applies to dark alcohol . Generally alcohol does not affect the kidney directly but it does indirectly in many ways . If you drinking the night before your renal blood panel led to dehydration yes it may have affected your levels
