Depending on the exact condition,  it may be treated with a combination of orthodontics and oral surgery. 
If the misalignment is caused by the teeth being crowded or rotated, etc… then orthodontic therapy with Invisalign is a straightforward treatment. If the misalignment is due to a skeleton relationship (the lower jaw bigger then the upper jaw) then a surgical correction followed by orthodontic therapy is indicated.
