Can you go to ER for vertigo?

I have had vertigo already 2 days. Can you go to ER for vertigo?

Yes, you should go to the ER. You need to determine if it is an inner ear issue or worse-stroke.
If vertigo is a new symptom associated with nausea and vomiting, its best to be evaluated for this.
