Hi there. May children unfortunately can experience excessive worries/anxiety. One thing that can help is reminding your child to talk about it. It can feel really isolating to hold onto worries all by yourself. Also teaching your child that anxiety is meant to alert us that extra caution may be needed; but sometimes it's a false alarm. Helping your child notice and talk through whether a situation is a real threat or false alarm can help.
