Can you reline your dentures yourself?

I wear dentures already 3 months. Can you reline your dentures yourself?

No, relines need to be done in office or at a dental lab.
We recommend NOT to recline dentures yourself. Permanent reclines are hard acrylic material and is done by your dentist. After the redline procedure your denture is sent to a lab ( or in house lab) to process overnight. You should receive your reclined denture the within 2 days with a tighter fit. If for some reason you do it yourself, your denture may have rough spots or the shape of the denture may be different ( borders) and may cause frequent irritation of your gums.
Unfortunately not. There is not an over the counter reline material. The best thing to do if your dentures are loose is to use denture adhesive. I recommend going to see your local dentist. They can do an office reline.
