Canker sores or oral cancer?

I have these white sores on my throat and every time I swallow it hurts a little bit. I vape on a regular basis. It would help me a lot if you could respond.

Aphthous ulcers (Canker sores) are small lesions that appears in the mouth, cheeks and lips. Their causes are numerous and difficult to resolve. One simple treatment for a minor canker sores problem is to do salt water gargles. Other simple at home treatment is to applying baking soda and water directly to the sore. Also medication over the counter Benzocaine. For major canker sores problem go to your healthcare provider to give you medical treatment. Thank you.
Vaping will slow any possible healing, you should completely stop for at least 2 weeks and see if it heals. I would also go to an oral surgeon evaluate, but either way stopping to let it try and heal os very important.
These look like aphthous ulcers. If they are, they typically are VERY painful and last up to 7-10 days. Oral cancer is "typically" painless, although there are exceptions. Gargle with warm salt water. Consider a topical anesthetic spray. Avoid hot/spicy foods and liquids. Drink plenty of fluids. Stay hydrated. Avoid caffeine and please stop vaping. Vaping may worsen this situation and is definitively detrimental to your health.
Looks like canker sore. Canker sore will go away in 1-2 weeks. If it doesn’t you should definitely see someone and try to stop vaping!
