Cardiac pain after covid?

I am a 45 year old white male in general good health, slightly overweight. Excellent diet, mostly abstaining from processed foods. Consumes alcohol, caffeine daily, no nicotine, meds or controlled substances.

In April I was sick with a mild case of COVID (the whole month of April, treated with OTC products per Marik protocol from EVMS) and have had intermittent lower chest pain upon breathing in May and June accompanied by mildly productive moderate cough. The pain was from the lower chest, right above my diaphragm, 2 fingers high broadly across the whole chest. The pain was relieved upon production, production was mostly clear with some tiny white fibrous material. I feel that the pain was lung related.

July, August, and most of September no symptoms, good health. In late September had a cold, treated with OTC products. Oct and now again in Dec having mild chest pains that feel crushing centered dead center on the breastbone and covering 8 cm radius. Pain worsens with a prone position, motion while horizontal (rolling over in bed), consumption of warm or hot beverages. Pain is mitigated with ASA and naprox.
