Cardiologist Questions

Cardiology question

I am 27 F. I suffer from dizziness, fatigue, chest pain, shortness of breath. I had covid in October 2020, and that’s when my difficulty breathing and fainting spells started. In April of 2021 I started getting severe chest pains. In September of 2022 I had an echo that revealed I have tachycardia, mitral valve regurgitation, pulmonic valve regurgitation, and tricuspid regurgitation. I have not seen a cardiologist since. I’m in the Navy so we don’t receive great medical care. Is there anything I should be worried about? I have chest pains almost daily now.

Definitely recommend that you have a follow up with a cardiologist. At the very least a follow up echo would be appropriate. These types of chest pains can be associated with mitral valve prolapse but I think a full evaluation is warranted.
