Chronic pain in multiple places?

I’m 33 years old, and I’ve dealt with chronic pain for over 13 years now. Due to a multitude of injuries, I have inflammatory muscular pain in my lower left back and left hip (falling injury 2009), a sharper more extreme pain in the L4 area of my spine (due to compression fracture 2015), sharp pains in the area of my left sacroiliac joint, and periodical pain down my left leg. I have seen more doctors for these ailments than I could ever accurately quantify, have received innumerable different treatments, and have utilized the services of some half a dozen physical therapists with zero progress made. I am currently on no medications at all for these ailments, but I have sought help from a variety of pain management specialists in the past. After being prescribed opioid pain relievers for a number of years, I have dealt with some addiction issues in the past. A recent visit to a surgical specialist revealed that there are no clear surgical options available to me as far as he could see. I am in desperate need of ANY kind of help from ANY doctor, and I must admit that I can’t recall the last time I have received ANY help of ANY kind from ANY medical professional I have seen. It is very important for me to find my way back to work and be a productive person, but without any kind of help from doctors, I am prepared to admit that each and every moment of every day is extremely difficult and painful for me, even without working. If there are no surgical options for me, physical therapy hasn’t worked, and doctors have an understandable reluctance to prescribe a former addict opioid pain relief, I am struggling to figure out some kind of course of action to take to better myself. What, if anything, can a person in my situation do?

3) Avoid Opioids

You need to start with an evaluation at the holistic clinic, and then the practitioner will decide what the best treatment options for you are.
