“Constant stomach pain”
I've been having constant pains in my stomach for 3 weeks now, it never goes away, it feels tight and tense and I've been getting lightheaded a lot. I'm worried it's maybe the STI I had and came back and spread.

Medications: Methylphenidate and Cephalexin

It could be the STI. I would need to know if the pain is more in the abdomen vs. the pelvis. You should see a gynecologist to get a pelvic exam, which might elicit the pain.
