She needs a full evaluation by a GI doctor. It's unusual to have both constipation and stools leakage, which is called fecal incontinence (FI). Should be evaluated for anal sphincter weakness and colon function. Many GI doctors are not accustomed to seeing FI patients, so try to find one who has expertise in this condition.
