“Cough for 1 week plus - should I worry?”
My child has had a mucusy cough and has been feeling lethargic and hot for a little over a week. Other than that she's not showing any odd symptoms. Could it be an infection?

If the cough lasts 10 days or more, occurs both day and night, and is not improving AT ALL, it is likely to be a sinus infection and should be treated with antibiotics. If she fills all those criteria, please take her to your primary care doctor.
If the cough is improving, it is likely to be a common cold or bronchitis, both of which are usually caused by viruses and improve on their own.
