Could I get a single dental implant?

I brush my teeth often. I have asthma, schizoaffective disorder, and hypothyroidism. I am taking albuterol nebulizer, lithium, quetiapine, levothyroxine. I take my medicine as prescribed, and have never had periodontal disease. I am missing a tooth and would like to get a dental implant. Would I be able to get a dental implant?

None of the above conditions you have mentioned are contraindications. So, I would recommend take the advice of your doctor.
Yes. The medications you are taking should not affect the bone's ability to heal to a dental implant. You need to have enough bone to support the implant. A "cone beam" (3D type X-ray) scan would help determine if there is adequate bone available. Healing time varies according to type and health of the bone.

You’ll need to get a clearance from your primary physician yet I don’t see any reason why you can not get an implant
From what you have stated in your cursory physical health history, nothing would disqualify you as a candidate for implant consideration. Much more specific information on the site for implant therapy is needed. This would be gathered at a comprehensive dental evaluation by the potential treating clinician. The next step for you would be to talk to your dentist and/or hygienist to get the ball rolling.
I wish you all the best in your treatment. If we could help in the future, we are happy to help.
Should be able to have an implant placed fine
