“Cuts in groin”

My condition started years ago, but not though out the year, it started with white creamy layer appear in scratch in inner aspects of thigh with bad odor( iCan smell my self). Friend of mine recommended to me improving personal hygiene and using powder, it help accually with the smell, but now days the inner aspect of thigh in groin became reddish and itchy and finally very painful cuts appear in the fold between groin and thigh

Hello there! Skin fold inflammation sometimes called ‘intertrigo’ are common. Other conditions can also affect the skin fold such as ‘Hailey-hailey disease, inverse psoriasis, allergic contact dermatitis, infections and so on. I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose this skin condition so appropriate treatment can be given!
