“Do I have anemia?”
My head aches every day, I feel lethargic, my chest tends to hurt and I run out of breath easily, my appetite is not good.

At your age, it is most likely from menstruating. If your menstrual cycle is light, you should speak with your PCP about a referral to hematology for further evaluation.

There are a number of potential causes for that constellation of symptoms in a young person. In addition to a thorough history and physical exam, a panel of lab work (CBC, BMP and see rate), an echocardiogram and stress test may be part of the work up.
