Do I need to clean dentures more than once a day?

I am 62 years old and just got dentures. Right now, I'm cleaning them once a day but I feel like I should be cleaning them more? From your experience, how often do you think I should be cleaning them?

It’s best to at least rinse them after meals. If using denture adhesive it can become messy trying to remove the dentures after meals, especially when away from home.
You should be cleaning your dentures at night. During the day, you may want to rinse your dentures. Some people do that to refresh their dentures and mouth tissues after eating. If you feel you want to clean them more often, it's what makes you feel your best that matters.
The best way to think about cleaning your dentures is to treat them as if they were your original teeth. Clean them twice a day, thoroughly. Use non abrasive cleaners, dish soap is fine. If you do not wear them overnight, soak them in a mild cleaning solution. Never use bleach or other house hold cleaning supplies.
