“Do partial dentures move when eating?”
I wear partial dentures and they move when eating. Is it normal? What should I do?

Partials should move to release pressure on the attachments.

A little mobility of the removable partial denture is expected. If your denture moves a lot that means it has a problem with stability on the level of the base or the retention clasps. In that situation, you will need to go back to your dentist to help you solve this issue.
All partial dentures can move a little. If it has been awhile since first delivered you could have your dentist tighten the clasps, and /or reline for better tissue interface.
Some removable partial may move when eating. However, you should saw a dental professional to confirm that the denture is as well fitting as possible. There may be other options that may better fit your lifestyle.
