Do you have to take any medications after rhinoplasty?

I will have a rhinoplasty. Do you have to take any medications after rhinoplasty?

Most of my patients are placed on a broad spectrum anabiotic for 5 to 7 days along with some type of pain pill for the first 24 to 48 hours. In general rhinoplasty is not that painful it’s just uncomfortable because many times the nose has packing in it, and it’s difficult to breathe. If you’d like to set up a virtual consultation to further discuss, direct message me @DrdaddyK or visit my website www.DrDaddyK.com
Yes, pain medication and antibiotics.
After rhinoplasty, most physicians would administer you pain medication and possibly get an antibiotic only for the postoperative. Robert M Dryden, MD Dragon NaturallySpeaking/RMD
Yes you need to take antibiotics, painkillers, anti inflammatory medications and oitnments inside the nose.
