Does dental anesthesia have side effects?

I am a 23 year old male. I want to know if dental anesthesia has side effects?

Like any other type of anesthesia, if it is done correctly, it is safe, and provides a state of no feeling, and no pain at the site of the procedure. Nevertheless, there are times, like any other types of anesthesia, unwanted complications may happen, which can easily be taken care of.
