It is normal for men to lose their erection after ejaculation
It’s totally normal to become flaccid after ejaculation whether you’re using a Viagra product or not. And it takes a younger man without diabetes at least 20 to 30 minutes to try to regain another erection if he wants to have sex again. For a man in your age group with diabetes, just probably aren’t gonna be able to rely on having sex again after you’ve already ejaculated. See a urologist for more help.
