Endoscopy procedure?

I was diagnosed about 20 months ago, with follicular non-Hopkins. At the time a pet scan was performed, and a spot, was found in my stomach, and on my spleen. I go to my oncologist every 3 months for a WBC blood test, and each time everything is good. I asked my medical oncologist was he concerned about the canorous spots on my stomach, and spleen, and the doctor said he was not concerned about the canorous spots, because, he says they are a result of the follicular. But I am a little concerned, although I trust my doctor I want to have an endoscopy, for IBS, and gastritis, and hiatal hernia discomfort, but because of the covid-19 outbreak, and my immunize system, kind of compromised, I am concerned. would you be? Thank you and please reply ASAP. I need to know your opinion.

I would stick with the oncologist's advice. In my experience, oncologists are quick to recommend endoscopy if they think it is important. If your current doctor doesn't advise it then I would follow that advice.
You need to follow up with your physician. COVID 19 had caused delays in timely diagnosis of neoplasms by forcing people to postpone follow up visits with their doctors. You may want a second opinion if that’s the case.
