Explaining MRI?

I had an MRI on my brain and it has come back abnormal. It says there is a subependymal nodule, hyperintense on flair, slight irregularity of the parietal wall of the right lateral ventricle, small high foci of non-specific appearance in the white matter. Could this be further explained, please?

You can sometimes have abnormal gray matter deposits in your white matter. You should probably consult a neurologist to take a look at the MRI and advise you.
