Fruits on golo diet

Can ALL fruits be eaten, high sugar, ex: pineapple, grapes

I would generally say that having high sugar fruits is probably not beneficial for someone with COPD. COPD is indicative of an inflammatory state and high sugar consumption is generally not beneficial, but lower sugar fruits in moderate amounts, like berries, are generally fine. Please seek out the guidance of a health/medical professional when exercising with COPD.
