General health?

I haven't have a regular doctor in many years and I feel that there are several issues with my health and I don't know what it could be. I know a few for sure:

1) I have high blood pressure and if I don't take pills it can be around 180/100 or even 190/110 or it used to be. Now with pills I don't know is not so normal but like 130/90 or so. I don't want to take pills for ever, I know that if I make changes in my lifestyle I can drop the numbers forever.

2) I've had acid reflux for more than 20 years and sometimes too extreme, to the point that the food comes back to my mouth and I have to spit it or sometimes I have similar symptoms of like throwing up but is not throwing up, regurgitation. It got a little better for the past 4 weeks after so many years, I've been taking my prilosec and I eliminated coffee and big heavy foods, I also try not to eat so late and I take pribiotics, kimchi, kambucha. Sometimes I STILL FEEL REALLY BLOATED and I feel tender if I touch my stomach.

3) These are the 3 weird ones.
A- I feel dizzy a lot and my vision gets a bit blurry, if I get up from bed, if I get up from the coach, I can't lift heavy weights anymore because I get a bit dizzy and lightheaded. even if I have a little bit of constipation and I push, I get lightheaded and see black spots before my eyes.
B- Sometimes I feel weird like passing out and I have to eat something sweet and eat something like a snack (it just happened a few days ago, I was in training for my job and someone had to get a candy and a piece of sandwich and then 15 minutes later or so I was feeling better.
C- This is the more odd. Sometimes I get up or wake up and It's hard to catch a good breath, can't take deep good breaths, shortness of breath, slightly more comfortable in a sitting position but it comes back if I stand. it just started happening a couple of months ago. the first time was bad because I really felt that I couldn't catch a good breath at all, I could breath but not a nice deep breath, for a few days. I went to the ER and they did all kinds of things, they said my lungs were good, good oxygen and that apparently I had a little bit of bronchitis but I told him, I don't have a cough or mucus or feel sick with a cold, or things like that. they even did a covid test which it was negative of course. he said to use my inhaler (oh yeah, I have just very little asthma sometimes) but I only have to use my inhaler like once a year or so. The SHORTNESS of breath keeps happening like once every two weeks or so. It's a weird and scary feeling because you just wanna breath good.
D- not sure if related to that but I feel something in my throat sometimes, like it hurts and it's a strange discomfort.
E- I'm'pretty sure that it's part of my acid reflux, GERD but I get pains in my chest, it goes from left to right. sometimes in my right, left, middle and a discomfort in the middle of my chest but a little lower, upper stomach right below my chest in the middle. .

Also, 9 months ago, I lost my office job and I had to work for the first time in something more physical. I was a Fedex delivery driver which I was happy because I got to be active all day. However, a couple of weird things happened. Since I had to lift and move all kinds of heavy boxes and in weird shapes sometimes, my hands were feeling weird like they hurt when they open and close and my 2 middle fingers get locked when I try to bend them and my hands feel numb.

The numbness almost went away after like 6 months later but I still wake up with numbness in my hands but the middle fingers still get locked, all day, my right upper leg gets numb almost all the time I start walking for more than 20 minutes, it just gets numb. And weirdly, I gained 20 pounds in those 4 months that I worked there, I was not eating junk food and I was active all day long, I thought I was actually going to lose weight but I went from 218 to 238 in like 4 months and now I can’t lose it, I may lose 2 pounds or so but I’ve never been over 225 in my entire life.

I used to sweat a lot but now I don’t. I sweat very little in my lower back and when I go to a Tropical place I sweat a little in my forehead but just a few drops but before I used to sweat a good. If I worked out after around 15 minutes of running I was sweating good and now I just get red. It’s weird.

I'm not a fan of pills and drugs and the more pills and drugs I can avoid the better but I just want to know what's wrong with me in order to cure it in more natural ways. I know a couple of things are NOT in balance because I feel it. I'm not the same. I feel kind of healthy but with this issues it just throw me off balance. I don't want to feel dizzy if I go jogging or do light workout, I want to breath normal, etc, etc etc, I don't want to feel weak and weird and in need of a snack or sweet to feel better. I feel there are a few or a couple of things that are not right and I want to FIX them.

You need to get an appointment with a PCP, you need a family doctor anyway, and do it as soon as possible. There is no way I can tell you what is wrong with you, but here are some of the possibilities, all serious if not diagnosed AND TREATED: HEART DISEASE, GASTRIC REFLUX WITH A STRICTURE, DIABETES, HYPERTENSION, KIDNEY DISEASE, DIABETES……and these are just a few. YOU NEED TO SEE A REGULAR DOCTOR ASAP!
Good luck.
Hi,

You certainly have quite a few issues. I think you should take care of your blood pressure initially, then go on medications for the GERD afterwards. How do you know you have Gerd and not a pulmonary embolus, or some degree of heart failure or some other condition which might be causing you dizziness? Find a Dr. who can sit with you and tell him about your medical situation.

PLEASE get a primary care doctor to address these issues! You could potentially have some serious things going on here.
You are in need of a general physical exam. I recommend your gp.
