The star-shaped spot on your cheek could be an allergic reaction, skin irritation, or another type of rash. Since you have a history of skin cancer, it's important to be careful.

Here’s what to do:

Watch the spot: See if it changes in size, color, or texture.
Don’t scratch: Avoid touching or irritating it.
Look for other signs: If it starts to grow, bleed, or hurt, get medical help.
See a doctor: Since you have skin cancer in your history, it’s a good idea to visit a dermatologist to make sure it's not something serious.
For now, clean it gently with mild soap and keep it moisturized. But it’s best to get a doctor’s opinion to be safe.

Could be granuloma faciale - but I would see a dermatologist in person for a better exam than this photo can provide
You need to be seen by your dermatologist to evaluate you.

The time course is too fast for a skin cancer. If it is tender to touch, it could be a localized infection or some type of insect or arachnid bite/sting. If it itches, it could be an allergic reaction to a bite. I really don't have enough information to make a reasonable diagnosis, so I recommend seeing your doctor or a dermatologist.
