“Green mucus coming out of eye?”
I have green mucus coming out of my eye and it's red and swollen.

Depends on the diagnosis. A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed.
It sounds like an infection if it's green discharge. You need to see an eye doc or PCP to culture your mucus discharge. You most likely need to have antibiotic eye drops to help with the infection.
You likely have conjunctivitis. You should see your eye doctor or primary care doctor for an evaluation and antibiotic treatment.
