Help

There’s a pimple by my vaginal
opening.

Slight itch not serve nor does it burn or burn when urinating.

I do have reoccurring sweating down there & also irritating pubic hair that has caused me to be uncomfortable in my vaginal area.

The weather conditions where I am it is very hot.

I had an eczema out break on my hand and back as well due to the heat so I’m not sure if it could’ve possibly triggered me to have vulvar dermatitis/lichen sclerosis.

I’m panicking because I’m not sure what it is, but I’ve had this happen once before around the same time in early june-July.

It is now September & the weather is still hot.

Greetings, The area of concern may simply be clogged pore(s) and keeping the area clean and dry as well as avoided scented deodorant/sprays/body washes/soaps/detergents in the area is important. Use of cotton undergarments and breathable/wick away undergarments is helpful to reduce risk of pH imbalance and pimples in the area. However, I think it is utterly important to get tested for Herpes to rule it out/in as a cause of the bumps/pimples seen in the photo.
