“Hoarse voice problem?”
Please I am having voice problem my talk is not clear until I speak three to four time before people can hear what i said, can someone please assist me on how to cure it?

Medications: warm salt water

You likely have a polyp on your vocal chords. You will need direct visualization via laryngoscope with an ears nose and throat doctor. They will be able to remove it and likely cure you. If it is post nasal drip or something different, the scope will identify that as well.
Voice changes of over 2 weeks that have not resolved require an evaluation by an ear, nose and throat specialist to recommend treatment for this.
