I’m not sure you can correctly adjust your wrists yourself
I wish I could adjust my own wrists, but I have to see one of my colleagues to have this done.
Hello, unfortunately, we can not adjust our wrist by ourself, you should seek chiropractic/professional care.
You can’t adjust your wrists yourself.
As a Chiropractor, even with all the training involved, a Chiropractor cannot adjust their own wrist. It requires a second individual. If you have discomfort, icing would be helpful. The best option is to visit your local Chiropractor and get adjusted if needed.
Hello!

There is no way to adjust your wrist yourself. Trust me, I would love to know how to do that one myself. Until you can get your wrists adjusted, I would stretch the muscles in your forearms since those tendons travel through the wrist into your fingers. That should help relieve any pain.

Simply moving the wrists slowly through their full range of motion, and massaging the muscles of the forearm, are usually adequate to maintain healthy wrists. If you are having more issues, I recommend seeking professional help from a Chiropractor. Do not attempt to adjust your own wrists.
