Easiest way to cleanse your face after rhinoplasty would be with your choice of facial cleanser and a damp wash cloth. There are also many different over the counter facial wipes that can be used to cleanse the face and avoid getting the splint on your nose wet.
You may use a warm moist towel but do not get the cast and tape wet.
