Use calm routines, clear rules, and teach coping skills. Seek therapy if needed. If you have any further questions or need more clarity, please consult with a psychiatrist. If you`re in Texas, we welcome you to reach out to www.MidCitiesPsychiatry.com, we`re here to help you.
A lot of love and support. Talk with him/her to understand the source of the anger. It wouldn't hurt to have them evaluated to see if therapy or a mental health plan can be implemented. Usually, anger in children tends to come from hurt, trauma, or feeling inadequate. Children who sometimes deal with anxiety may display it with anger because may not be able to identify their feelings like an adult.
