Can use a proxybrush available in the pharmacy, and a waterpik would help. Also, Act is a fluoride rinse. Only use at bedtime after finished eating and drinking. Brush teeth, rinse with water and then fill bottle cap to line and swish for one minute. Then spit it out. Continue to spit out for a minute, but do not rinse with water. Use 3 times per week to help reduce decay potential.
The best way to remove the plaque is with toothbrushing, along with the use of a water pick. Do not hesitate to visit your American Dental Association dentist every 3 months for a professional cleaning while wearing braces.
