How can I get rid of back pain after working out?

I have back pain after working out. I want to fix it. How can I get rid of back pain after working out?

It might be pulled muscle or injured disc.
Usually, you need to work on flexibility and core strengthening. If any numbing or tingling consider possible formal physical therapy and exercise program. If not improving or worsening after 6 weeks then you may need x-rays and MRI needed. Typically 90% of lower back pain is resolved with flexibility and core strengthening. If any bowel or bladder dysfunction may need to see an emergency evaluation.
