How can I relax my neck muscles naturally?

I am a 17 year old female. I want to know how can I relax my neck muscles naturally?

Well, let me guess that at 17 you probably spend a lot of time on your phone and computer!? Typically, people tend to look down or at a very low angle to their device and this generally puts your head in flexion -- there is a whole new syndrome -- Flexed Neck.
Stretching the neck in all directions. Foam rolling and massage.
Tight neck muscles are usually is response to poor posture, especially in young people. I recommend strengthening the muscles in the back, stretching the chest muscles, and always sitting and standing with good posture. Avoid hunching over especially when using a phone, tablet, or computer.
