Acupuncture not acupressure
Each problem has a different origin so can say until patient is examined by a physician of acupuncture
I suggest you see an acupuncturist who can help you out with your persistent stuffy nose using the modalities of massage, acupuncture and maybe herbs.
It is very difficult to answer this question without knowing the underlying cause. Please, contact an acupuncturist in your area so they can help you relieve your stuffy nose.
Hello and thank you for your question. To answer your question directly, you could use Acupressure on large intestine 4 which is on the hand and large intestine 20 which is on the face. It's very easy to show you where these points are in person, not so much by email, but hopefully you have access to an acupressure how to book. If you are in the Tampa Bay area and you wish to have a free short demo, feel free to email me back if you're able to come by for a demo sometime.
Also, being stuffy in the nose frequently maybe sign of excess mucus and phlegm. Dietary considerations to look into or to decrease peanuts and peanut butter, decrease dairy, and include radish in your fruit smoothies. Radish and turnips can break down some phlegm. I hope this information is helpful to you, again please reach out if you need more assistance. Thank you.

The easiest point(s) to use would be YingXiang, “welcome fragrance” - Large Intestine 20 acupuncture point. It is located at the base of the nose in the nasolabial groove, the lines from the nose going down toward the mouth corners. These points should be depressed and stimulated in circular motions roughly 300-500 times per session. Of course your primary should diagnose what’s blocking your nose & determine if alternative medicine would be beneficial.l
First, you have to keep warm, especially the back of your neck and the top of your head. Can massage Yingxiang point LI40, Shangxing point DU23.
There is a point called "bi tong Xue" or "bi tong", but normally we do it with a needle, you can try to do it with your hands it might work.
Certain acupuncture points relieve sinuses.
Here are some videos we've done in regards to acupressure for sinus congestion:

Getting an acupuncture treatment can be even more helpful and can boost your immune system so you have fewer sinus issues in the future.
There are many sinus points on your face. The basic is wherever you feel the soreness in your fingers with pressure, that will be acupressure points for sinus pain.
I encourage you to book a session with your practitioner of choice to get help with relief.
I would suggest taking a warm shower and then, while lying down, use saline spray, nose tilted up toward the ceiling. Lay there for 5 mins and use your thumbs or pointer fingers to massage the sinuses away from the nose. If necessary, use more saline to help reduce the congestion, or even a netty pot. Omit cow milk products like ice cream, milk, cheese from the diet until it resolves.
First, stop consuming dairy. On either side of your external nare or nostril are indentations....Pressure here can often open up a congested nose.
Google Large Intestine 20 acupuncture point. But you really should see a professional. Most importantly, since you are thinking about doing acupuncture, do find a qualified and real acupuncturist! Anything less would be you not really trying this system of healing. Find a fully trained professional in Chinese medicine, possessing a master's degree AND 5+ years experience in this field. Medical Doctors, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, and even Physical Therapists (dry needling) are able to do what looks like acupuncture (but isn't) with a couple weekends of training or less. I would NOT let any of these inadequately trained people NEAR ME. :-)
There's a divot about half way down your nose where the cartilage ends. Press the hole at the end of the cartilage. Also, press on your face just on the outside of your nostrils. Both points should help.
You can use your fingers to pressure some points along both sides of the nose. Which points is hard to tell you in here. You can get an acupuncture textbook to find them.
You don't. If you'd like to try acupuncture or acupressure to address a health issue, you need to go see a board certified, state licensed acupuncturist. These are people who've invested 3-5 years into graduate level schooling in order to apply the modality you're interested in.
