How do you flush gluten out of your system?

I am a 46 year old male. I want to know how do you flush gluten out of your system?

You can not.
Generally you stick to a gluten free diet. Expert dieticians are helpful as lots of foods have small amounts of gluten.
Do you have gluten sensitivity? If you do then please visit your treating physician for a complete discussion or read up on it
There is no gluten in the body that needs to be flushed out. Gluten, like any protein, gets broken down by enzymes in the GI tract and then the amino acids are absorbed into the body during the digestion process. No intact gluten exists in the body or in the intestinal lumen.
